Get To Know Dyno's Senior Copywriter - Danielle Yruegas

Dyno Creative Summer Friday Series | August 16, 2024

Here at Dyno Creative, our talent isn’t the only thing that sets us apart from our competition. Each member of the Dyno tribe comes from a diverse background of personal and professional experiences that inform the high level of service we provide our clients. Let’s get to know each other!

Today, we’re introducing you to Dyno Creative’s Senior Copywriter, Danielle Yruegas.

Meet Danielle Yruegas

When it comes to all word-related things happening at Dyno Creative, we can pretty much guarantee that Danielle worked her wordy magic on it. With her professional background, we’re pretty confident she can run circles around anyone when it comes to grammar, sentence structure, brand messaging, editing, storytelling, content writing…you get the point.

In addition to being a talented word wizard, avid reader, and skilled baker, Danielle is also what we lovingly refer to as our “designated extrovert” who enjoys networking with new people and isn’t afraid to speak in front of an audience. She attributes her comfort with meeting new people to her childhood growing up as a military dependent. If you ever get a chance to chat with her in person, ask her about all the places she has lived—it’s pretty cool!

Professional Background

In 2007, Danielle graduated from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in Bowling Green, Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education. She then went on to earn a Masters Degree in Reading in 2009. After grad school, Danielle relocated to Florida where she began her teaching career. After teaching in Florida for five years, she taught a year in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to California where she taught for another seven years in Irvine, CA.

When the pandemic started in 2020, Danielle began working part-time at Dyno Creative. She wanted to explore other creative careers that would allow her to connect with new people, give back to the community, and strengthen her writing and communication skills. From 2020 to 2022, Danielle continued teaching full-time while also finishing her doctoral program and building a career in copywriting and content marketing.

By the end of 2022, Danielle graduated with her Doctorate in Reading Literacy from Nova Southeastern University and resigned from her teaching position to start her own business called Sip of Copy and pursue a full-time freelance career in content marketing.

Current Role at Dyno Creative

As the Senior Copywriter at Dyno Creative, Danielle takes care of our marketing emails and monthly newsletters, updating website copy, assisting with brand messaging services, editing, social media captions, case studies, managing the Dyno Crater blog, and more.

If you are ever in need of messaging services, you’ll be in good hands!

“My wife Gabriella and I had a great time working with Danielle on not one, but TWO of our businesses. The calls were a blast—they felt like a mixture of catching up with a lifelong friend while at the same time helping us bring the emotions of our business's brand into words that resonate. We actually felt like we had a BETTER understanding of our real values and mission after working with Danielle. We highly recommend this for your personal brand or business to help take you to that next level.”

Favorite Dyno Creative Projects

“That’s a tricky question because all of my projects with Dyno are enjoyable! But, being the people-person that I am, I get a lot of joy from projects that involve coaching clients. It’s so satisfying to see the growth and understanding of our clients from the beginning of a brand strategy project to the end. To know that I played some role in helping them gain clarity on their business goals and brand strategy feels very rewarding. I also love interviewing clients, hearing their stories, and writing their brand origin stories. It’s a true privilege to share their journey in a way that will resonate with a larger audience.”
