Everything you need to know about shipping when ordering a product from the Dyno Creative store.
We ship once a week (typically on Tuesdays), which translates to a window of 1-7 days before your order will be processed, packed and shipped. If you would like us to ship something out in a hurry, please contact us and we will take care of you.
For all orders within the US, shipping will cost anywhere between $3-$15 depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. All orders within the US are shipped using USPS First-Class Mail which takes 2-8 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped. If you would like an order to arrive sooner or by a specific date, please respond to your confirmation email or contact us.
International shipping costs vary between $7-$36 depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. We ship all our international orders via USPS First Class International, which takes 10-15 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped. In some cases it may take longer depending on the destination. We can ship your order using a faster service such as USPS Priority International, but please contact us to us directly as that service may incur an additional charge (up to $40).
The majority of our packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, which both include tracking. If your tracking status hasn’t updated online, it’s most likely due to the fact that USPS hasn’t scanned your package. Don’t worry, your package is still on its way and will arrive even if the tracking status doesn’t update online. If your shipping confirmation email does not include a tracking number, it’s most likely because your order includes 3 or fewer pins/patches, which are shipped much like a stamped envelope. This type of package does not include tracking. You can use this tracking page to track your order.
If you have not received your order within the standard shipping period, please contact us by replying to your shipping confirmation email. If you have deleted your confirmation email, contact us.
If your order arrived damaged, we will gladly replace your order or provide a full refund. Please photograph the damaged areas and include the photos in a reply to your order confirmation email. If you have deleted your confirmation email, contact us.
